Shipping policy

At Purfória, we process every order with care and aim to provide fast, reliable delivery.

• Processing: orders are normally processed within 24 hours on business days.
• Free shipping: within Europe for orders from €50; outside Europe for orders from €100.
• Indicative delivery times:
  • Netherlands & Belgium: 1-3 business days
  • Europe (EU): 3-5 business days
  • International: 5-7 business days
• Accepted payment methods: iDEAL, PayPal, credit card and bank transfer.
• Cash on delivery is not available.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by carriers, customs, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Returns and right of withdrawal

For online purchases in the EU, consumers generally have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day the order is received. Notify us of your return within this period via info@purforia.com. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the products back.

• Products must be returned unused, undamaged, complete and, where reasonably possible, in the original packaging.
• For fragrance products supplied sealed for reasons of hygiene or health protection, returns may be refused if the product has been opened, used or the seal has been broken, to the extent permitted by law.
• Personalised or custom-made products cannot be returned, unless there is an error or defect for which Purfória is responsible.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product was delivered incorrectly, damaged or defective due to our fault.
• Please keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

For a valid full withdrawal, we refund the purchase amount and the standard delivery costs of the original order using the same payment method. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery option are not refunded. We may wait with the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided proof of return shipment.

Your statutory rights for defective or incorrectly delivered products remain unaffected.

Purfória is an independent brand and supplier of fragrance products. Our products are not made by, licensed by, affiliated with, associated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the owners of any referenced brands.

Where brand names, fragrance names, designers or other trademarks are mentioned on this website, this is done solely to describe the scent impression, fragrance family or source of inspiration. All brand names, trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

Purfória sells its own fragrance products under its own name and packaging. Our products are not original branded products and are not presented as replicas, imitations or replacements of original branded products. A reference to a known fragrance does not mean that the product is identical, comes from the same source or has the same composition.

We aim to avoid any confusion about commercial origin: the customer always purchases a Purfória product. Any comparative references are provided for information only and must not be understood as cooperation, sponsorship, approval or an official relationship with any brand owner.

If a brand owner or rights holder believes that a reference is incorrect or undesirable, they may contact us at info@purforia.com. We will review the notice and, where appropriate, amend the reference.
